Yoga in Action provides free and accessible yoga to a wide variety of populations who may not otherwise receive the therapeutic benefits of yoga and mindfulness. We serve individuals living with cancer, folks in or seeking recovery from addiction or trauma, veterans, seniors and people with disabilities. Our classes are available in person and via Zoom. In addition to being the founder and Executive Director of Yoga in Action, I offer private yoga therapy sessions, small group classes, trainings and speaking engagements as My OmAbilities Yoga.
