Heavy Metals & Hormones: Why Detoxification is Essential for Every Woman

In this talk Dr. Kimberly Higney will discuss unique symptoms modern women face, and how enhancing your body’s detoxification can help.

She will explain the difference between cleansing, flushing, and decongestion, and will talk about what detoxification is - and what it isn’t.

She will debunk the most harmful myths and fads and show you how to avoid uncomfortable and counterproductive pitfalls and detox mistakes.

    You will learn:

    • The benefits of detoxification for mood, memory, and metabolism
    • How to identify signs of fatty liver, heavy metals, and parasite burden
    • Why emotional release can come with detoxification, and what to expect
    • How the right pace and order can improve your energy and avoid side effects
    • And… easy ways to support detoxification every day

Dr. Kimberly Higney helps women restore hormone health and metabolism through foundational medicine and personalized therapeutic nutrition. She is in private practice on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. For more information visit www.cardeaseacoast.com

Dr. Kimberly Higney helps patients rebuild hormone health and metabolism naturally through foundational medicine and restorative endocrinology. She helps women look and feel their best from the inside-out by helping them reduce the burden of heavy metals, chemical toxins and food sensitivities, and meet their unique nutrition and lifestyle needs.

Dr. Higney has trained extensively in the US, Italy, and Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Nutrition with an emphasis in human developmental biology. She completed her Doctorate at Palmer College where she studied chiropractic and interned in sports medicine and rehabilitation. SEACOAST WOMEN’S NETWORK invites you to join us  Tuesday, May 28th from 6-8:30 pm, featuring our

    “Annual Business Networking Night”

This very popular spring event gives women business owners the chance to display their goods or services to members, guests, and other participating exhibitors.

A bit different from our other meeting formats, this lively evening is devoted to learning more about each other and having a glimpse into each other’s business. Some women-owned businesses include personal care products, travel, financial planning, life coaching, photography, real estate, body building and bookkeeping, just to name a few. You, our women business owners, are our program for the evening. Come share ideas, display your wares, win door prizes, and have fun with

    other businesswomen!

Members may reserve a ½  table (4' x 4'). There is a limit of 20 display spaces total. All members may reserve a table space during registration, and all guests and members need to pre-pay and reserve their spot by Tuesday, May 21st.

Guests are welcome to attend one time, and then we invite you to join our excellent organization!

If you would like to learn, share, dine on a delicious buffet dinner, and network with an interesting, diverse, fun, and energetic group of Seacoast area businesswomen for the evening, please join us!

The fee is $45 for members and $50 for guests. There is no additional charge for the tables, but these are first come-first served for members only.

Our networking programs are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month from September to June* and include a delicious meal. We offer a speaker or panel presentation after dinner at our events. Topics are of general interest that cover business development, careers, industry trends, and personal development.

Attendees give a 60 second introduction about themselves—what they are involved in, what they are interested in, what they need. It is a terrific way to get your word out—and with dramatic, sometimes instant—results. People have been known to leave meetings with great new contacts, new referrals, and new friends!
