Your Health…Is Written All Over Your Face

Decode Your Facial Clues and What They Reveal About Your Underlying Health

Join us as Dr. Kimberly Higney of Cardea Natural Women’s Health introduces you to the most common health issues and early warning signs your mirror will show you if you know how and where to look.

More than just cosmetic concerns, discoloration, puffiness, and facial lines can be important clues about underlying mineral deficiencies, organ toxicity, and even chemical and hormone imbalances.

The lines and spots we’re told are due to age, in most cases, simply are not. These changes can be signs of poor digestion, heavy metals, food intolerances, underactive thyroid, and more.

Identifying these facial signs can help you address issues at their roots. As underlying causes improve, lines and spots typically do too!

Dr. Higney will introduce you to the most common facial signs she sees with patients in her practice and what they mean, and will guide you through a brief tour of your own facial signs.

Dr. Kimberly Higney helps patients restore their hormone health and metabolism through functional medicine and personalized root-cause nutrition. She has a private practice in Greenland New Hampshire. For more information visit www.cardeaseacoast.com

Dr. Higney has trained extensively in the US, Italy, and Canada and has beenin private practice since 2004. She completed her Doctorate at Palmer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Nutrition with an emphasis on human developmental biology. Dr. Higney is a Certified Kinesiologist and Master Personal Trainer with advanced training in whole food, anti-inflammatory, and ketogenic and therapeutic nutrition, and organizational leadership. She completed her clinical intern training in Physical Medicine at Holzer Hospital.

Dr. Higney has served on the executive boards of Arts In Reach and the Seacoast Women’s Network. She has been a guest speaker on various healthcare panels and has addressed audiences at the US Department of State, New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, the New England Women’s Leadership Institute Summit, New Hampshire Public Defenders, New Hampshire DCYF, local law enforcement, Women Inspiring Women, and other professional organizations. SWN Annual Networking Night!

This popular event gives SWN member business owners the chance to strut their stuff and display their wares (actual or virtual) to the rest of the membership and their guests.

A bit different from our other meetings, this evening is devoted to an in-depth view of our members' businesses, services, and products. This is the perfect opportunity to spend more time with people you may have only briefly chatted with at previous meetings, and also to see each other's product lines in detail, set up on tables around the room.

As a membership benefit, displays are for members only and free of charge  (dinner fee and registration is still required). Members may also choose to donate their table to the non-profit organization of their choice. The non-profit representative will need to register and pay for their meal as a guest with SWN online.

New this year, “People’s Choice”winner. Unleash your creativity with your table display for a chance to win a free renewal membership to SWN. Attendees will vote, so prepare to inspire us!

At the end of the evening, we'll be raffling off products and services that exhibitors donate. Please bring something for the raffle (if you'd like) - raffle prizes can be free products, flowers, gift cards, etc. We ask that you do not offer discounts on services but to bring something or offer a free product or service. Also, even if you don’t have a table, you’re welcome to bring a raffle item for the general raffle. It’s always fun to win a gift!

Everyone, be sure to bring plenty of business cards for the raffles.

Remember, You must be a current member to reserve a table!
Tables are chosen on a ‘first come’ basis, so be sure to get there early to select your table and to be set up by 6:00pm.
