Topic: “ Mindful Money-Making: Getting Clear On Your Options to Earn More Money with Less Burnout”

Nikolai Blinow, Founder,

Burnout to Business Boss

Nikolai Blinow is the founder of Burnout to Business Boss: Mindful Money-Making for Women, a career coaching program for high-achieving Empathic and Highly Sensitive Women. She specializes in helping hard-working, perfectionistic, and people-pleasing Empaths manifest the money they deserve without burning out in the process. As part of this work, she founded a free online support community where women can come together and learn the tools they need to work SMARTER instead of HARDER and set boundaries in business. You can find it at bitly.com/burnout2businessboss

Nikolai has experience working in professional corporate environments, hospital settings, and nonprofit community health centers. She began her full-time career making $13,000/year, and has grown her income to exceed 6-figures. She is passionate about sharing her experience, so that more women can receive what they are worth in business and beyond.

In addition to being a career empowerment coach, Nikolai is a certified yoga instructor and licensed mental health counselor in the state of Rhode Island. She holds an undergraduate degree in Communications, a graduate degree in Agency Counseling, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health Counseling.

Nikolai is a TEDx speaker, and her talk “Yoga and Its Connection to Mental Health” has received over 100,000 views on YouTube. She has also published articles on burnout and holistic health in the Rhode Island Wellness Guide, Bustle, and been a featured guest on the “Success on Your Terms” podcast with Jenny Shih.

In her personal time, Nikolai enjoys spending time with her husband, her two Labrador Retrievers, Karma and Biscuit, cooking plant-based meals, and learning about gut-health. Her interest in the connection between stress and diet began when she invested in purchasing a share of a local farm in her early 20’s and realized the impact that eating whole, local, fresh produce had on her health and energy levels. In 2018, she, participated in training on nutritional & integrative treatments for mental health disorders, and completed a 6-week gut-health fix course through AimHealthyU. She is also a certified in telementalhealth provider.
