Entrepreneur, business coach, and speaker, Jennifer’s personal mission is to create positive change by encouraging people to live vibrant, more purposeful, adventure-filled lives.
For Jennifer, life has been just that--an adventure. As a native Vermonter, she attended Vermont Technical College where she earned her degree in architectural engineering. And while she may have decided a career in the plastic injection molding industry wasn’t for her, it did lead her down some venturesome paths, including creating LANEY & LU, an inspired eatery located in downtown Exeter, PALETTE, a grazing and gifting company, and ALTITUDE, an elevated experiences company.
When she’s not recipe testing or planning her next event, Jen enjoys luxurious car camping in her rooftop tent, mountain biking, and sipping French press coffee!
